Part 1: Protective Cap

The transparent plastic cap protects the dispensing nozzle from dust and accidental damage during storage and transportation. It also helps keep the applicator area covered when not in use.

Part 2: Dispensing Valve and Nozzle

The dispensing mechanism releases the foam for application into gaps, joints, cracks, and openings. Follow the product label for correct application and handling instructions.

Part 3: Branded Product Label

The blue, white, and teal packaging clearly displays the KB logo and the product name, “Expanding PU Foam,” helping customers identify the product quickly in hardware and construction supply stores.

Part 4: Expanding Polyurethane Foam

The foam expands after dispensing to fill suitable gaps and cavities. Once fully cured, it helps seal openings and provides insulation. Expansion should be controlled according to the application instructions.

Part 5: Metal Aerosol Can

The cylindrical metal container stores the foam formulation in a pressurized package for convenient application. The can should be handled and stored according to its safety label.
